We are proud to announce the release of ‘A Guide to the Lessons Learned from the Clean Cities Community Electric Vehicle Readiness Projects’.  Synthesizing reports from the 16 Clean Cities Plug-in Electric Vehicle (PEV)  readiness projects across the country, the Guide gathers together the most important conclusions and highlights illustrative examples.  Also see the “Ten Ways Communities Can Pave the Way for PEVs” on the EERE blog.

– View photo renderings and maps
– Ask questions about the project

– Provide feedback on the project and overall design

Plan to join us for the upcoming Electric Vehicle (EV) Quarterly discussion webinar scheduled to take place on Wednesday, September 25 beginning at 10 am. 

The webinar will be hosted by Linda Bluestein, DOE National Clean Cities Co-Director, and will feature two speakers, Ted Bohn from Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) and Matthew Shirk from Idaho National Laboratory (INL).

Ted Bohn, ANL, will provide an update on standards relevant to EVSE-PEV Interoperability and Managed Energy Networks for EVSE in workplace and Multi-Unit-Dwelling installations.  Examples covered for multiple EVSEs installed on a single location source, with and without managed energy systems in place. Matthew Shirk, INL, will provide a data update on the EV project.

Clean Cities Quarterly Electric Vehicle (EV) Webinar, June 18

You are invited to participate in an upcoming Electric Vehicle (EV) Quarterly Discussion webinar which has been scheduled for June 18th beginning at 12 pm.

Several Clean Cities coordinators/staff will present details of their EV community readiness planning projects. Including Kim Tyrell, from Denver Clean Cities, Christina Ficicchia, from Empire Clean Cities and Don Francis, from Atlanta Clean Cities. Linda Bluestein from DOE will moderate and host the webinar.
